1. What we collect
- Account basics: your email address, chosen language, and licensing state.
- Study progress: answers, scores, bookmarks, notes, and simulation results — the data that powers your readiness score.
- Basic technical logs: the short-lived server logs any website keeps to stay secure and reliable.
2. What we don't collect or do
- We never ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or any government ID.
- We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the platform.
3. How study data is used
Your answers and scores are used to calculate category mastery, build your readiness score, and recommend what to practice next. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, "which topics drivers miss most") may be used to improve the question bank.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. No cross-site advertising cookies.
5. Third parties
Two categories of service providers may process limited data on our behalf: a payment processor when you purchase a plan (we never see or store your full card number), and a fonts CDN that serves the typefaces on this site. Schools & Carriers administrators can see the study progress of learners in their own organization.
6. Deleting your data
Email support@draycdl.com from your account address and we'll delete your account and its study data. Backups clear on their regular cycle.
7. Children
DrayCDL is intended for people preparing for a commercial driver's license, which means users 17 and older per CDL age requirements. It is not directed at children.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll post the update here and adjust the date at the top.
