1. What DrayCDL is
DrayCDL is an independent educational and practice platform for the Class A CDL written (knowledge) test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FMCSA, AAMVA, or any DMV, MVC, DPS, or other state licensing agency. DrayCDL does not administer official CDL examinations, and no score, streak, or "readiness" figure on this platform is an official result or a guarantee of one.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@draycdl.com if you think your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Free Practice costs nothing and requires no card.
- Driver Pro is billed monthly or yearly, in USD, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- If Driver Pro isn't what you expected, write to support within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
- Schools & Carriers plans are billed per their signed order form.
4. Acceptable use
Use DrayCDL to study. Don't share one account across a class, probe or disrupt the service, misrepresent DrayCDL as an official testing channel, or use the platform to cheat on an actual examination.
5. Our content
Questions, explanations, translations, and design are original DrayCDL content, protected by copyright. Don't scrape, copy, resell, or republish the question bank or Study Center content. Short quotes for reviews or commentary are fine.
6. No guarantee of exam outcomes
We work hard to make preparation effective, but passing the official exam depends on you and your state's current requirements. DrayCDL makes no promise that you will pass any official examination, and practice thresholds on this platform are study goals only. Always verify requirements, fees, and scheduling with your state licensing agency.
7. Limitation of liability
DrayCDL is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by any licensing agency.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the update here and adjust the date at the top. Continuing to use DrayCDL after a change means you accept it.
